Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your NexaPDF AI Premium subscription and when refunds apply. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your NexaPDF AI Premium subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that period ends.
2. Refunds
Because NexaPDF AI Premium provides immediate access to unlimited AI features and other digital benefits upon payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Two exceptions:
Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical billing issue — contact nexapdf-ai@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
Accidental subscriptions. If you did not intend to subscribe and have not used any Premium features during the billing period, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will consider a full refund at our discretion.
3. Free Tools
All standard, non-Premium PDF tools are free to use and are not subject to any payment or refund terms.
4. How to Cancel
Sign in, go to your account's subscription settings, and select "Cancel Subscription." You can also email nexapdf-ai@outlook.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
5. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to the Free plan until payment is successfully completed. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact your bank or Razorpay first, and also notify nexapdf-ai@outlook.com so we can assist.
